Margaret "Marg" Larsen (nee Beaudin)Margaret "Marg" Larsen (nee Beaudin) is peacefully resting as of September 19, 2016.

Marg was born October 27, 1942 to Theodule and Gladys Beaudin in Willow Bunch, SK. Predeceased by her parents and infant sister, Linda, and continually loved by her stepmom, Darlene Beaudin, and younger siblings, Wayne and Pauleen Beaudin, Marlene and Ken Haugrud, Brenda Ballendine, Tim and Cynthia Beaudin.

Marg grew up in Moose Jaw, SK, and while in high school, she met her lifelong love Erik Larsen. Married in 1962, they moved to Regina and Marg worked as a radiologist until starting their family. With four young children, they moved to their permanent residence on Easthill in Saskatoon and began putting down roots. Marg was the go-to in the neighbourhood, always able to help with babysitting, applying first aid care, sewing clothes, making amazing birthday cakes, rescuing stray animals of all sorts. Marg was proud of her creative sewing abilities, which are found in the community as quilts at Craft Guild, costumes and props at multiple dance studios and school theatre groups, and her work can still be found as loved stuffed animals and baby blankets.

She will be missed by all who her life touched, including her four children, John (Marge) Larsen, James Larsen, Jane (Mike) Lukacs, Lisa (Simon) Larsen, five grandkids and five great-grandkids.

A Celebration of Life ceremony will be held at 3:00 p.m., Sunday, September 25 at Hillcrest Funeral Home, (306-477-4400) and in lieu of donations in memoriam, please pay it forward to the next person in need as she would.
