<div itemprop="description">Jarek passed away suddenly at the Royal University Hospital on Saturday, October 8, 2016 at the age of 48 years. <br><br>He is lovingly remembered by his parents, Zygmunt and Regina; sister, Marzena; as well as numerous relatives residing in Poland and the USA. <br><br>A Mass will be celebrated on Wednesday, October 12, 2016 at 11:00 a.m. at Our Lady of Czestochowa Parish, 301 Avenue Y South, Saskatoon with Father Andrew Wychucki celebrant. <br><br>The family would like to thank the staff of RUH ICU for the kind hearted love they have provided.</div>
