She enjoyed bowling at Eastview, was a dedicated volunteer at Western Development Museum and donated blood faithfully for many, many years, achieving 50 donations. A Celebration of Frances’ Life will be held on Monday, January 25, 2016 at 2:00 p.m. at Hillcrest Funeral Home (east on 8th Street, first right past Briargate Road). Donations in Frances’ memory may be made to a charity of your choice. Arrangements entrusted to Basil Forsberg.
